The vessel below decks was designed by an Interior designer giving her significant flair and features that make this a truly exclusive yacht, more of a high-end boutique hotel than a sailing yacht. Stunning natural half height teak, with horizontal white banding above to provide a striking light contemporary effect.

Thomas Auckland

Captain

Thomas grew up on the South coast of England racing sailing dinghies. Before attending University he completed his Yachtmaster and went on to cruise around the Gulf of Thailand to undertake sailing deliveries around Europe.
After graduating he moved into the superyacht industry cruising the Mediterranean aboard Borkumriff IV, and Mirabella V (the worlds largest sloop) from England around the bottom of South America, to the Galapagos.
He has cruised extensively in the Caribbean, racing in various regattas including the St Bart’s Bucket and the Antigua Superyacht cup. Most recently he sailed aboard Kamaxitha a 55m Royal Huisman. With a love of adventure and high latitude sailing he has enjoyed cruising the far reaches of Greenland, Norway, Svalbard, Alaska and most notable a successful East-West transit of the North West Passage.
Thomas is a keen rugby player, and lover of the Ocean enjoying everything in, on, or under the water. He is energetic, personable and above all loves sailing.

Isabelle Utting

Chef

Isabelle grew up in the Cotswolds, England. Her love for cooking and the Ocean encompasses two aspects of life she is grateful to experience in her job. Isabelle is passionate about quality food, with a large array of knowledge both for healthy and indulgent cuisine. Achieving her diploma in Professional Cookery at Ashburton Culinary School in January 2018, she has taken this passion to a professional level. Isabelle also attended cookery courses in both Thailand and Vietnam learning an array of foreign cuisines. Healthy and plant-based cooking are key interests while striving to create vibrant delicious dishes from locally sourced produce.

Isabelle developed her culinary and hospitality experience in restaurants and catering. Her love for sailing started after her first Atlantic crossing aboard an Oyster 56 which led her to work on various yachts as crew and most recently as the Chef aboard S/Y Black Sails a 40m Wally providing high quality cuisine for 25 crew and up to 10 guests. This fantastic yacht and intense sailing programme solidified her desire to follow a career as a yacht chef.

Isabelle is an active individual, appreciating the outdoors and anything involving adventure. She is always happy to assist in any water sports. If any of the guests enjoy exercise classes or Yoga, she would be happy to assist in these areas. Together Thomas and Isabelle joined by a third crew member as mate/stew will provide a great experience for all guests, and will always go above and beyond to do so !
