FEATURES

Make yourself comfortable

The design of the 575 incorporated many subtle changes based on the invaluable feedback of Oyster Owners on their world travels. Comfort and luxury are the watchwords here as you pass through the guest cockpit (perfect for al fresco dining) and follow the beautifully-crafted companionway staircase down to the saloon.

The Oyster signature triple Seascape windows on either side of the saloon offer amazing views and flood the space with light. Beautifully warm wood panelling, a formal dining table and two enticing soft sofas give the space a contemporary feel. And three-zone air-conditioning means you and your guests will stay comfortable however hot it gets.

Forward of the saloon is a centre line double guest cabin, with en suite heads and shower. Just aft is a cabin with twin bunks and shared heads opposite. On starboard amidships is a further cabin with two bunks. The charming master suite occupies the full beam aft, making use of every inch of space. Along with the inviting centre line queen size bed, there is a comfortable sofa and plenty of useful stowage.

Veronica Peretti

Despite coming from an Alpine region, Veronica has been sailing since she was a kid and was first introduced to life on board by her family.

Growing up, her passion for sailing brought her to further develop skills and knowledge until she decided to get qualified and make it her profession. Since then, she has been sailing on different yachts as deckhand, instructor, first mate, regatta crew, delivery crew, captain and finally yachting team together with Fabio. Her sailing experiences exploring the Mediterranean coastlines, archipelagos and lakes, on the way from Seychelles to Zanzibar and then to South Africa and in Thai waters helped her develop safety, maintenance and hosting skills. At the same time, she graduated in international relations, spent a long time abroad in Central America, Asia, and various European countries, and worked with children as an athletics and sailing instructor. This is why you would often find her …

Fabio Amendola

Fabio is and has always been a very curious and proactive person. These traits led him to develop the most varied competencies and interests.

His two-year experience as bartender and sous chef in an izakaya and an international restaurant in Japan at the age of 18 made him develop a great interest for traditional cuisines, fresh local products, and the magic of small kitchens delivering great plates. Much so that, once back in Italy, Fabio kept on working seasonally as cook and bartender in different cities until he fell in love with sailing, crewed for deliveries and charters on different yachts, and finally decided to combine his two passions and brought his experience to yacht galleys, working side by side with Veronica as a Chef and First Mate. His background also includes a degree in Architecture, the knowledge of four languages (English, Portuguese, Japanese and Italian), ocean sailing experience, and life in different cou…

Veronica loves being surrounded by nature and spending time hiking, running, snorkeling, cycling, reading and exploring new places. She will be thrilled to sail with you to the most beautiful anchorages, recommend the nicest walks to panoramic views, and tailor the navigation to everyone's interests.

During his time off, Fabio loves to freedive and exercise, design original solutions for a comfortable life on board, and make friends with local fishermen and people from the fresh markets. Always ready both on deck and in the galley, he will craft wonderful memories by plating the tastiest local products, recommending the best restaurants and sundowner bars, and spotting the best snorkeling sites.
