Additional training and qualifications

Oyster ensures crew of all Rally boats have completed pre-Rally training and are thoroughly equipped for the voyage ahead. If you or your crew have specific skills or additional training requirements, we can facilitate this for you for total peace of mind.

World Rally crew

A unique annual service for Oyster World Rally participants, which provides access to a wealth of pre-sourced professional Rally crews for a fixed membership fee. Includes:

Access to the full crew listings feature including introduction letter, CV, references and contact information
Search before or during the Rally for voluntary and professional crew
Discounted access to full Oyster Crew Search service if required.
