OVERVIEW
A development of the successful Oyster 45, the 47 has the same proven rig and accommodation layout as her smaller sister. Buyers had requested increased deck storage so designers Holman and Pye responded by extending the hull and deck of the 45 to allow a deep and spacious aft lazarette. Thirteen Oyster 47s were launched between 2000 and 2004.
