As life-long bareboat charterers, 2015 was a turning point in our lives as we stepped aboard the newest member of our family, Spirit. Like any good parent, she was nurtured and cared for over the last three years not only by us as owners, but by incredibly competent crew couples and Oyster support people who made sure Spirit maintained her new commissioning day state until our last voyage from Ft Lauderdale to Newport. It’s a very sad goodbye for us, but the incredible memories of the voyages, the destinations and the social experiences will stay with us for a lifetime.
