The Oyster 595 is a big, powerful and comfortable ocean cruiser. The model was first launched in 2021 and was designed by long time Oyster architect Rob Humphreys as the largest yacht in the current range that can be handled by a couple without professional crew. The 595 is nonetheless a graceful yacht with the flush foredeck, sweeping deck saloon profile and
seascape windows in the hull. Under the skin, she features a robust construction, keel stepped mast and twin rudders for the ultimate in control and reliability. Her cockpit is split between the ergonomic working area aft with twin helms, while retaining a comfortable and secure lounging and dinning are further forward. The 595 is the best selling model in the current Oyster range.
Viva was launched in 2025 and is hull number 18. She was commissioned especially to take part in the 2026 Oyster World Rally, and her thoughtful and extensive range of options were specified with this in mind. Hydraulically powered mainsail and yankee furling, mean that she has push button sail handling from the cockpit. Below decks Viva sleeps eight in four cabins, each hand finished with crown cut oak joinery.
Viva is comprehensively equipped for circumnavigating and would make an excellent choice for anyone entering the Oyster World Rally.
