THE OYSTER APPRENTICESHIP ACADEMY

We believe in developing local talent in our production facilities in Southampton and Wroxham, Norfolk. That’s why we’ve built on our existing long-established Apprenticeship Schemes to create a new Apprenticeship Academy. We are increasing the number of marine apprenticeships and adapting the programmes to ensure we give people the right skills for the future as a boat builder or marine engineer. We offer people with the right mindset the opportunity to be part of a proud family; to learn a broad range of essential skills; to be taught and mentored by the best in the industry; and to enjoy their work as part of a supportive team.
