Allie raced around the world and upwind through the Southern Ocean and has sailed over 50,000 miles. She is now on a much calmer route as Oyster World Rally Director. Allie has over 30 years of experience working in Operations and Logistics in the sailing industry and has worked alongside some of the UK's top sailors and yachting greats. She has managed events worldwide and has been involved in some of the most prestigious international yacht races personally and professionally. She also ran her own RYA Sailing School for 13 years teaching novices to sail and race. Allie is super excited to lead the Oyster World Rally team and support the dreams of those participating in the Oyster World Rallies.
Rachel caught the sailing bug from her Grandad and has worked in the sailing industry since 2014. She has helped numerous Oyster owners as part of our world-famous Oyster After Sales team for the last three years. Before this, she delivered boats, ran charters, crewed on Oyster yachts and took part in the last Oyster World Rally as crew on two Oyster 575s – Miss Tiggy and Ayesha II. Rachel takes great pride in helping people achieve their dreams. She is part of the Oyster Support Team and is looking forward to looking after the fleet as it makes its way around the world.
