The Oyster Global Service Network features authorised Service Centres located in the Pacific, Atlantic, Caribbean, Mediterranean and the English Channel. Our network provides owners with the reassurance to adventure farther, knowing they are never far from the care their Oyster deserves.
Each Service Centre provides tailored service plans, implemented by trained technicians with access to latest software updates, specialist diagnostics, repair equipment and genuine Oyster parts, ensuring your yacht is in the best hands.
In addition to Oyster’s global service offer, over the last 50 years, we have built a strong global local network, which allows our Customer Care and After Sales team to provide a quick local response to our owners’ each and every need, with support from our partners on the ground.

Benefits of servicing with Oyster
Maintaining an Oyster within the Oyster Global Service Network ensures she is maintained to manufacturer guidelines and service schedules, using genuine parts. Well-maintained vessels with a lifetime of Oyster service history provide trouble-free cruising and maximum pleasure, reward and enjoyment. Such vessels also have a strong track record of excellent residual value at re-sale, through Oyster Brokerage. In the right market conditions, the cost of ownership can sometimes be recognised as an investment, as many owners have realised over the years.
Maintaining a new Oyster within the Oyster Global Service Network validates the 2 year manufacturer’s warranty and provides eligibility to extend warranties by an additional 3 years. In addition, she automatically becomes eligible to be listed for re-sale with the ‘Oyster Approved’ brokerage programme. This unique programme is designed specifically for Oyster vessels with a lifetime Oyster history, validated by Oyster. Owners can expect to take advantage of high market demand and enhanced re-sale value by selling through the Oyster Approved programme.
The lifetime service, maintenance and warranty work completed by Oyster on a vessel is held on Oyster systems. The complete service history of new Oyster yachts, along with user manuals, can be accessed through the Oyster owners App.
What to expect
Like you, we are passionate about Oysters and no one understands them better than us. Oyster trained technicians use genuine parts and ensure your yacht is treated with the same meticulous attention to detail as when we built her.
While your Oyster is entrusted to our care, our skilled technicians follow a comprehensive service schedule, ensuring all necessary works are carried out. As part of our Annual and Select Service plans, we conduct Oyster’s recommended 100-point safety and mechanical inspection to assess the health of the vessel. A detailed health status report, along with prioritised recommendations for future maintenance works is provided and preserved with the vessel’s service history. In addition, Oyster Service provides a range of other service from refit and upgrades, through to painting and antifouling.
Our service plans
We provide two service plans for Oysters outside the manufacturer’s warranty: a Seasonal and Annual Service. For new Oysters still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we offer the Select Service, a distinctive plan designed to optimise warranty lifespan, leading to potentially significant long-term savings. Regardless of the service type, be it minor seasonal maintenance or a comprehensive annual service, our priority is ensuring your safety at sea.
