Allie Smith
Allie raced around the world and upwind through the Southern Ocean and has sailed over 50,000 miles. She is now on a much calmer route as Director of Oyster Rallies and Training. Allie has over 30 years of experience working in Operations and Logistics in the sailing industry and has worked alongside some of the UK's top sailors and yachting greats. She has managed events worldwide and has been involved in some of the most prestigious international yacht races personally and professionally. She also ran her own RYA Sailing School for 13 years teaching novices to sail and race. Allie is super excited to lead the team behind the Oyster World Rally and Oyster Explorers Club and support the dreams of those participating in the sailing adventures of a lifetime.
