We are hiring a number of Marine Electricians across our Southampton and Wroxham, Norfolk sites to help us meet the growing demand for our renowned range of luxury yachts. We have Marine Electrician jobs to suit a wide range of professionals, from people with two or three years’ experience to the most highly experienced marine industry professionals who understand what it takes to work as a team to create beautiful, reliable and safe sailing boats.
Our yachts are built to circumnavigate the world, so we want marine electricians who hold themselves to the highest standards. We are looking for people who are highly organised, who enjoy taking responsibility and want to make a difference while tackling new challenges to bring these remarkable sailing yachts to life. As you would expect, marine experience is essential but above all we are looking for a meticulous attention to detail, a deep commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a passionate multi-skilled team. You will have excellent knowledge of AC/DC systems and a relevant electrical qualification is also required.
You will be responsible for installing and testing all electrics, electronics and navigation equipment on yachts to an exceptional standard. The role includes:
