We’re hiring internal and external boat builders in Southampton and Wroxham to help us meet growing demand for our yachts. Oyster boat builder jobs offer a range of opportunities from junior level to highly experienced roles that will challenge you and expand your skills and expertise.
Our yachts are built to circumnavigate the world, so we’re looking for people with a keen eye for precision and quality who enjoy working as part of a multi-skilled team. Taking responsibility for meeting deadlines to ensure each boat is completed to schedule for its new owners, you will be responsible for fitting various components across our range of world-class yachts. These boat builder jobs require precision and a close attention to detail to ensure the finish meets Oysters high quality standards. You will have relevant C&G qualifications and ideally at least two years’ marine industry experience, working with timber/GRP boats.
