BROKER'S COMMENTS

54/15 Hedon is a superb example of the extremely successful Oyster 54.  Built by Windboats in 2011, she has been constantly cared for by ex-Oyster staff with a no expense spared approach from the owner since new.  With only local and minimal usage, Hedon has as few as 1,700 hours on the Yanmar engine and remarkably under 300 hours on the generator. Recent works have included the propeller, steering system and rudder being serviced, new anti fouling coating and various anodes replaced, a new bimini and comprehensive re varnishing throughout.

With Category A – Ocean and the enclosed centre cockpit, Hedon is ready for adventuring.  In-mast electric furling and manual headsail furling, lead back to an electric powered primary, means she is easily handled for short-handed sailing with an eye on a practical spec for longer distance adventuring. Hedon also features an additional spinnaker package, including a carbon spinnaker pole, storm package, bow thruster and an extensive range of navigation and communication equipment.

Her spacious three-cabin cabin layout, combined with generous beam and headroom create a open, light and airy living area. Built with a stunning Cherrywood interior, neutral colour palette throughout and additional comfort features such as carpeted flooring, copious amounts of storage space, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating system and a convenient high capacity water maker, means that Hedon is not only stylish and comfortable, but also functional for meeting your everyday needs.

Viewing is highly recommended.
