OVERVIEW

Launched in 2019, Archelon offers generous space for relaxing and entertaining, along with exceptional sailing capabilities.

This 122 foot sailing yacht was designed for entertaining in style, with wide, flush fore and aft decks and a large superyacht-style swim platform at the stern, all offering the perfect space for guests to spend time relaxing and soaking up the sun. With space to accommodate up to 12 guests in style, she is equipped with everything required for a relaxed or action-packed adventure. Her experienced crew will provide the ultimate sailing experience with her state-of-the-art rig and automated sailing technology.

FEATURES

Make yourself comfortable

The entire yacht has been designed with a focus on luxury and comfort, with beautifully hand-crafted furniture and meticulous attention to detail. The exceptional volume of the hull means there is ample space for everyone to relax together or in private.

Moving from the helm stations to the steps down into the forward saloon, you will find an expansive al-fresco dining area leading to the upper-level sofas and mid-level dining area. This provides a varied choice of entertaining spaces to relax or eat together.

There is space for up to 12 guests with a choice of generous, versatile en suite cabins that can be reconfigured to suit your needs. There is a luxurious stateroom and four twin guest cabins aft – all featuring signature triple vertical Seascape windows that flood them with light and offer spectacular views across the ocean. There are also two Pullmans that can be converted to four doubles if required.

Forward there are dedicated crew cabins and a mess for up to six crew with separate access, affording you and your guests' complete privacy.

Morpheus Outclass AV system run by Crestron as well as the lights/blinds/aircon/AV. 4G ports and various options for sat comm.

Captain
James Micklem

Captain James has over 10 years of experience in the yachting industry with seven of those years at the helm of Marine Oyster sailing yachts.

He has cruised the Caribbean over 5 seasons which included the busy charter yacht S/Y OOFLEDUST, an Oyster 82. Took part in an extensive yacht racing program in the Mediterranean on S/Y MAEGAN then went on to create an expedition voyage to the Artic Circle with S/Y FIREBIRD to include a ski and sail element for the guests. Leandra is committed to growing her knowledge, skills and experience as a maritime professional

After starting her career in 2018 she has already accrued a wide variety of qualifications in yacht interior management, such as guest food and service, floristry, wine pairing and mixology and a professional barista course. With a love for adventure and meeting new people guests will feel relaxed and attended to with Leandra’s welcoming personality. Deep sea diving, surfing, yoga and running are amongst many of Leandra’s hobbies.

Jessica Luyt

Although relatively new to the yachting industry Jessica has already shown her three years of experience as a waitress has given her the foundations to embark on a career with superyachts.

Previously she was employed on 162m M/Y DUBAI where she received training as a barista and along with qualifications she obtained previously in wine/mixology, interior and food service Jessica is well equipped to ensure guests are attended to at all times.

With his previous experience as a charter yacht captain he can tailor the trip to suit the guests whether stepping on board a sailing yacht for the 1st time or re experiencing the thrill of hoisting the main sail on a performance sailing yacht.
