Fox Joins Oyster Yachts as Head of HR

Natalie Fox has joined Oyster Yachts as Group Head of Human Resources. With sites in Wroxham, Ipswich and Southampton, including a new bespoke facility for Oyster’s latest model, the Oyster 495, as well as operations in Palma Mallorca and Newport in the US, Fox joins Oyster at a time of exciting growth.

With full order books across the range of our luxury British-built yachts, as well as a highly regarded aftersales and brokerage services, investment in people is a key focus for Oyster.

Fox, an experienced HR professional, started her career with Skandia UK after graduating with a degree in Human Resource Management. After seven years in financial services, she changed industry and moved to an HR role at Sonardyne International, a family-owned engineering company, before joining Inchcape Shipping Services. She initially joined the global shipping company as maternity cover in 2014 and progressed to Group Head of HR, leaving in late 2019 to take some well-earned family time before seeking a new role. The global pandemic put initial plans on hold, and she joined Sunseeker International in September last year as Head of HR Operations, moving to Oyster Yachts in June 2021.
