See the Oyster 495 and 595

Winner of European Yacht of the Year 2023, the new Oyster 495 is the latest collaboration between Humphreys Yacht Design and Oyster’s inhouse design studio.

The award-winning Oyster 495 boasts a range of features distilled from our larger yachts. The iconic Oyster styling is obvious, she is effortless to sail, delivers consistently fast passage speeds and features contemporary new generation luxury interiors. She combines innovative design, excellent sailing characteristics, quality materials and superb British craftsmanship in a thoroughly modern 50-foot bluewater sailing yacht. She rewrites the rulebook of what you should expect from a yacht of her size.

With clean hull lines and carrying her beam well aft, the 495 offers excellent stability and sailing performance. Her twin rudder configuration makes her light and easy on the steering in even the most boisterous of conditions. Protected twin helms offer excellent visibility, and an array of innovative, automated sailing technology means she is a joy to sail.

Oyster 495

The 60-foot Oyster 595 sailing yacht has our bluewater performance cruising DNA running through her from stem to stern.

Well-proportioned and extremely versatile, she offers exciting customised build options and is available with fixed or centreboard keel. She can be sailed effortlessly by two people and has an impressive internal volume, easily accommodating family and friends. There is plenty of space to socialise in the cockpit, on the flush aft and foredecks, as well as an optional swim deck.

Designed for safe, yet fast, exhilarating cruising and equipped with the latest automated sailing technology as standard, she offers responsive fingertip control on the helm. Her increased hull volume and wide beam aft can handle plenty of sail power for faster passage-making speeds.
