We are hiring a Marketing Project Manager to join the marketing team. They will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of a wide variety of exciting marketing projects. From traditional literature, branding, events collateral, through to digital campaigns, the role offers a wide variety of projects and content to manage. Typically, projects come in all shapes and sizes, with multiple projects to manage at any one time.

Role responsibilities

  • Day to day management of marketing projects, from scope, planning through to production and timely delivery
  • Support marketing team with general production of ad hoc assets or content
  • Scope project plans across all projects (project objectives, requirements, activity and output)
  • Management of project budgets and schedules, along with regular reporting and confidently highlighting any risks
  • Coordination or relevant resources to successfully fulfil projects (writers, photographers, videographers, etc.)
  • Engagement in project content to ensure relevance to the brand, audience and project objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing team on project status and fulfilment. Prepare presentations on project milestones and KPIs, coordination and progress reports
  • Ensure accuracy of content across all content produced for projects
  • Manage distribution, logistics and ultimate fulfilment of project output
  • Manage appropriate archiving of assets relating to completed projects


Candidate requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role(s) and activity
  • Experience managing production of literature, digital and content creation projects
  • Experience of managing complex multi-stakeholder, multi asset project productions
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong written skills, grammar, spelling and the ability to accurately proofread and mark-up content accordingly
  • Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and effectively prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines.
  • A natural communicator, able to build and maintain good relationships across all cultures and disciplines
  • Capable of confidently interacting and presenting to a range of audiences including senior management
  • A collaborator, showcasing energy, passion, resilience and credibility – no problem too big to solve and not afraid to think out of the box.
  • Commercially astute, able to apply analytical and critical thinking to their work
  • Ability to work independently and ensure alignment to objectives
